ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

The American Pediatric Society (APS) is dedicated to its mission of engaging distinguished pediatric leaders to shape the future of academic pediatrics.  Our vision is a secure future for academic pediatrics.

Criteria:
Professionals who are recognized leaders in child health and have well-established credentials as teachers, scholars, policymakers, and/or clinicians and whose contributions have advanced child health should be considered as candidates for membership.

Sponsorship:
PROPOSER must be an Active Member of the APS in good standing (dues current for 2018).
SECONDER must be an Active Member of the APS in good standing (dues current for 2018).
Officers and Council Members are NOT eligible to propose or second nominations.

Honorary Membership:
Proposer and/or Seconder may be Active, Emeritus or Honorary Members in good standing (dues current for 2018 for Active Members).

Renomination Instructions:
The ORIGINAL Proposer must send a letter and complete the nomination submission process. It is the Proposer's responsibility to submit any and all current information, i.e., updated CV, different reprints, etc.

Membership Dues Must Be Current.
It is the Proposer's and the Seconder's responsibility to be certain his/her own dues are curent. 

Incomplete applications will NOT be considered.
